Account Management
Own a set of existing advisor customers and help them grow with Finterest. Run regular check-ins, track how each team uses the platform, show them the features they are missing, flag accounts at risk early, and spot teams that are ready to add seats.
Who fits: An organized, personable finance or business student. You build trust quickly, keep track of the details, and enjoy long-term relationships more than one-off wins.

QA and Product Operations
We ship new features every few weeks and need someone sharp to test them before customers see them. Test new releases in our staging environment, follow and improve test plans, and write clear bug reports our developer can act on the same day. You'll work directly with our technical cofounder.
Who fits: A computer science, information systems or industrial engineering student, or someone early in a QA career. You notice small things, write clearly in English, and like breaking software on purpose.
Details: 10 to 15 hours a week, flexible, remote. Paid.

Business Development
Find the advisory firms Finterest should be talking to and help turn them into customers. Research firms, build targeted prospect lists, run outreach across email, LinkedIn and phone, book demos, and close deals.
Who fits: A competitive finance or business student who wants real sales reps. You like talking to people, you follow up without being reminded, and a no does not slow you down.
Details: Winter internship or part-time during the school year. Hybrid, based in Boca Raton. Commission on every customer you close: 50% of their first month, then 15% of each of the next 11 months while they stay subscribed.

Customer Success
Help new customers get set up and get value from Finterest fast. Run onboarding sessions, answer how-to questions, spot customers who are stuck, and pass clear product feedback to the team.
Who fits: A business, finance or communications student, or someone early in a customer success career. You explain things simply, follow up without being asked, and like solving problems for people.
Details: 10 to 15 hours a week, flexible, remote. Paid.
