ZoomInfo integration setup

• A Finterest account. Create one before connecting ZoomInfo.
• Your own ZoomInfo account. You sign in to it to authorize Finterest, and enrichment uses that account's ZoomInfo credits.

1. In Finterest, open Settings and go to Integrations.
2. Select ZoomInfo, then Connect.
3. You are redirected to ZoomInfo. Sign in and authorize Finterest to access your account.
4. You are returned to Finterest, where ZoomInfo shows as connected. Connecting records the link only, so no data has been pulled yet.

• Contact and company enrichment. Finterest looks up the prospects you source to fill in verified business email addresses, company details, and firmographic data.
• Direct-dial reveal. Finterest requests direct-dial phone numbers for prospects so you can reach them by phone.
• Read only. Finterest reads contact and company data from ZoomInfo to enrich your prospects. It does not write anything back to ZoomInfo.

Once connected, prospects you source in Finterest are enriched with ZoomInfo data, so records are complete before you reach out. Enrichment happens during sourcing and uses your ZoomInfo account's credits. The enriched contacts flow straight into Finterest's outreach and qualification steps.

• In Finterest, open Settings, Integrations, select ZoomInfo, and choose Disconnect.
• Disconnecting stops all enrichment through ZoomInfo. Data already added to your Finterest records stays in Finterest.
